Our goal continues to be to provide exceptional service, to do so honestly, and at a fair, competitive price, but above all, the health and safety of our community remains paramount. We are and will continue to monitor and follow New Hampshire’s recommendations and guidelines for operating during this time, and we have adopted the following as standard practices:
- Pick Up and Drop Off is already offered as a standard service. Upon arrival we will disinfect all contact points (door handles, etc.), and will wear a mask and gloves at all times while inside your vehicle.
- Daily temperature/wellness checks are required for any and all staff and anyone not feeling well is instructed to stay home and get tested.
- Masks are required to be worn by anyone entering our facility, and will be made available to anyone who arrives without one for your convenience.
- We are practicing social distancing and maintaining a minimum of 6’ distance from others.
- Masks and gloves will be worn while servicing your vehicle, and surfaces will be disinfected upon completion.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available in our office and the restroom for the convenience of our staff and patrons.
- Upon return of your vehicle, all contact points will be disinfected again for your safety, including your key, prior to handing the vehicle back over to you.
- We offer digital, contactless approval for repairs and payment via SMS or over the phone to minimize touch points as well.
