Taking calls and answering emails can be difficult, especially during the workday. Communicating via text assures that you are updated 0n the status of your repair & able to respond when needed, minimizing unnecessary interruptions.

Life gets busy. Our automatic appointment reminders allow us to ensure that the time/date of your appointment still works for you without interrupting your day, and allows you to respond quickly either to confirm or reschedule for a more convenient time. 

Following your vehicle's recommended maintenance schedule protects against preventable costly repairs and breakdowns, maintains your manufacturer's warranty and optimizes your vehicle's resale value. We will track your vehicle's recommended schedule and update you with reminders so that you don't have to.

The US Department of Transportation requires all vehicle manufacturers to notify consumers of safety defects or vehicles that do not comply with federal motor vehicle safety standards. Your safety is important to us. We track recall alerts and will notify you of any recalls issued that have not been addressed.

As a Shop Loyalty Member, we have access to your car's history, including any unaddressed recalls or suggested repairs, ensuring your safety and the safety of your vehicle. Any service work completed is added to the history as well, helping you to stay organized and increasing the resale value of your vehicle.
